Wolves Have 4 First-Round Picks in 2009

From Boston (top-three protected in 2009), Miami (top-10 protected in 2009) and now Utah (believed to be top-15 protected in 2009). And their own first round pick. Good job Mchale.

  1. how did they get utah’s pick?

  2. From the Rodney Carney trade. Utah traded its first round draft pick in the Kyle Korver trade to the Sixers who traded it to the T-Wolves yesterday to clear up cap space to sign Elton Brand. The T-Wolves will get the pick if the Jazz pick is lower than 22nd in 2009, 17th in 2010, 15th in 2011, 16th in 2012 or 16th in 2013.

  3. thanks travis
