Jawad Williams finally makes it into the NBA
On October 23, the Cavs waived veteran guard Ronald Dupree, and Williams became a full-fledged member of an NBA team for the first time in his career. This is the first time Williams has made an NBA final roster. Winning a NCAA championship with North Carolina in 2005 he would be the sixth Tar Heel (Ray Felton, Sean May, Marvin Williams, Rashad McCants, David Noel) to make it into the NBA.
